Carole joined the Agents’ Advantage team a little over 2 years ago after working as an A Rated carrier marketing representative for over 12 years. She lives in Montgomery County, TX with her husband, newly adopted stray cat Tripp, and two yard tortoises. In her free time you can find Carole fly fishing, golfing, skiing or camping, as well as acting as the Vice President for a non-profit Lincoln’s Angels.
Carole’s expertise lies in her ability to identify agency product gaps, implementing solutions for book roll opportunities and helping agents competitively insure new client types. Carole’s goal is to add value to our members not only through carrier sub code appointments, but also through professional relationships with a personal touch.
Jack has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry at both the carrier and intermediary level. He lives with his wife in Saratoga County, NY. In his free time he enjoys all kinds of outdoor activities, going to the gym and cooking.
Jack’s expertise lies in understanding the symbiotic relationship between your direct carriers and the markets you access though Agents’ Advantage, aligning agents with the markets they need to better serve their clients and cultivating long term relationships. Jack’s goal is to help each member reach their full potential through additional carrier appointments.
Bob has been assisting Agents’ Advantage members access the markets they need for the last 12 years, and has been in the insurance industry for over 25 years. He lives with his wife and two playful Maine coons. In his free time he enjoys wine making, biking, and spending time with his talented children.
Bob’s expertise lies in his extensive knowledge of participating carrier product availability, areas of geographical success and production expectations. Bob’s goal is to identify and create new opportunities for independent agents, by providing an arena for agents and carriers to have open conversations.
