Agents' Advantage has worked with our participating carriers to provide impeccable service for our agents and their insureds.
Sub Code Members can service their bound accounts in a few ways; by servicing the account like any other direct appointment, or via the carrier service center. Service Center Sub Codes are provided to agents who request them specifically and are only offered by select participating carriers.
Affiliate Members gain full access to all participating carrier Service Centers. Each carrier's Service Center information is provided to members when they are welcomed into the program. Agents or their insureds can call the carrier and fully service any policy written through Agents' Advantage. Carrier Service Center contact information is also posted in our Members Only section for easy access! Should a carrier participating in the Affiliate Model not have a Service Center, the Agents' Advantage Underwriting Team will service the accounts.
The use of carrier Service Centers can result in commission decreases.
The ability to service your book of business at the carrier level not only reinforces your necessity to the insured, but also allows you to have open dialogue with carriers to better assess your customers' changing needs!
